COME RAGGIUNGERE STUPINIGI – HOW TO GET TO STUPINIGI
L’opera di Juvarra iniziata nel 1729 è uno dei gioielli di Torino. Adibita a palazzina di caccia dei Savoia, è oggi gestita dalla fondazione Ordine del Mauriziano. Si trova nella periferia sud di Torino ed è un luogo maestoso a cui si giunge da un immenso viale.
Molti turisti mi chiedono come raggiungerla. Ebbene con i mezzi pubblici è sufficiente prendere la metropolitana leggera n.4 (dal centro città) e cambiare in Piazza Caio Mario per prendere l’autobus n.41 che vi porterà direttamente alla biglietteria.
Veniamo agli orari ed ai costi:
dal martedì al venerdì alle 10.00 alle 17.30 (ultimo ingresso ore 17.00)
sabato, domenica e festivi dalle 10.00 alle 18.30 (ultimo ingresso ore 18.00)
biglietto intero € 12; ridotto € 8 per minori di 18 anni, over 65 e gruppi (min. 15 persone).

Juvarra’s work started in 1729 and it is one of the jewels of Turin. It used to be a hunting lodge of the Savoy; it is now managed by the Order of Mauritian foundation. It is located on the Southern of Turin and it is an amazing castle that can be reached by an immense avenue.
Many tourists ask me how to get there. Well, by public transportation, take the light metro line 4 (from the city center) and change into Piazza Caio Mario to take the bus n.41 that will take you directly to the ticket office.
Schedules and costs:
from Tuesday to Friday 10 am to 5.30 pm (last admission 5.00 pm);
Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 10.00 to 18.30 (last entry at 18.00)
full ticket € 12; reduced € 8 for children under 18, over 65 and groups (minimum 15 people).
